Fuse
Fuse est une commande de la manufacture Vacheron Constantin commissionnée par Eric Sébastien Faure Lagorce pour l’exposition Mutations présentée au musée des Arts Décoratifs de Paris. Cette oeuvre en schappe de soie est un triptyque de panneaux textiles peints et tissés à la main. Les trois panneaux composent un motif figuratif et floral qui, selon la distance à laquelle on l’observe, devient abstrait, se transforme en un végétal imaginaire, en un paysage.
Fuse is an order from La manufacture Vacheron Constantin curated by Eric Sébastien Faure Lagorce for the Mutations exhibition presented at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris. This artwork in silk schappe is a triptych of textile panels painted and woven by hand. The three panels compose a figurative floral pattern which, depending on the distance where it is observed from, becomes abstract, then turns into an imaginary vegetal, or into a landscape.
